Swiss Chocolatier Samuel Müller in Egypt

Chef Samuel Müller, a talented Swiss Chocolatier from Neuchâtel, brought his passion for chocolate to Egypt in his first-ever visit to the country! At the German Hotel School El Gouna, students from Hurghada, Minya, Assiut and Sohag, had the chance to learn the innovative Swiss craftsmanship hands-on. By the end of the workshop, they were all set to create their very own delicious chocolate bars!  Chef Samuel Müller then headed to Cairo, where he held a workshop for a group of talented Egyptian chefs who were introduced to new techniques and mixture combinations. Chef Müller also showcased his chocolate creations at the Food Africa Exhibition.
